Ahad Ghorbani Dehnari was born in 1956 in Dehnar, a village located 15 East of Damavand city. He completed his primary and high school education in Shahi (Qaem Shahr). Ahad studied electrical engineering at College of Engineering, University of Tehran and Chalmers University of Technology, and studied English and philosophy at Gothenburg University.
He works now as IT Strategist for Gothenburg Municipality. Previously, he has worked as programmer (C/C++ and Java), Linux and Oracle System Administer and project manager for Ericsson and Volvo IT. He is deeply attached to literature, folklore, social democracy, tolerance, and secularism. In his free time, he works with these areas of his interest.
